销售中心，作为一个公共兼商业空间，在具备一定展示气质的同时，需要呈现出一个真实的、连接周边环境和氛围的设计概念，即围绕居住者生活场景进行设计升级，让人们一进入就能够开启未来家园的美好想象，实现销售与人文的共生不能即截三阔同。

The project is located in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, at the junction of Gejiu City and Mengzi City, adjacent to the No. 1 middle school in Honghe Prefecture, with broad geographical vision and natural landscape.

As a public and commercial space, the sales center, while having a certain display temperament, needs to present a real design concept connecting the surrounding environment and atmosphere, that is, to upgrade the design around the residents' life scenes, so that people can open the beautiful imagination of their future homes as soon as they enter, and realize the symbiosis of sales and humanities.

「 Consideration 」

销售与人文

城市是提供所需的地方，附着于城市的空间，如同一个个复杂的生命系统不能即截三阔同。我们思考的便是如何为空间注入生命力，使之成为有意义的空间，能够与自然、人文产生互动，让美好的记忆与情感联系也能传承下去。

我们决定摒弃传统售楼中心以销售为主导的思维，将项目的核心表达付诸于对未来城市人居和情感连接的关注，用差异化的体验感知和创意表达来平衡销售功能，创造出多层次的空间体验不能即截三阔同。

The city is to provide the needed place, and the space attached to the city is like a complex life system. What we think about is how to inject vitality into space, make it a meaningful space, interact with nature and humanities, and let the beautiful memory and emotional connection be passed on.

We decided to abandon the sales oriented thinking of the traditional sales center, put the core expression of the project into the attention to the future urban habitat and emotional connection, balance the sales function with differentiated experience perception and creative expression, and create a multilevel spatial experience.

本项目的客户群体主要是中青年客户群体，他们追求美好的生活品质，但在思想观念上与传统客户有所差异，他们需要的并不是富丽堂皇的奢华装饰，更多的是一种实用和符合他们品味的气质不能即截三阔同。

The customer groups of the project are mainly middleaged and young customers. They pursue a better quality of life, but they are different from traditional customers in ideology. What they need is not magnificent luxury decoration, but more a temperament that is practical and in line with their taste.

设计灵感来源于阳光穿过云雾披散在红河州梯田上的壮丽景象，我们将空间以灵动的梯田形态进行延展，层层延伸，让红河州的自然人文成为整个空间的天然底色，打造出空间的层次感不能即截三阔同。

同时，用开阔的视野调动参观者的情绪，敞阔空间，谈笑间纵享舒适生活不能即截三阔同。

The design is inspired by the magnificent scene of sunshine spreading on the terraces of Honghe Prefecture through clouds. We extend the space in a flexible terraced form, layer by layer, so that the natural humanities of Honghe Prefecture can become the natural background of the whole space and create a sense of hierarchy of the space.

At the same time, with a broad vision to mobilize the emotions of visitors, open the space and enjoy a comfortable life between talking and laughing.

「 Integration 」

青云阔居

环境会不自觉的引导人们的行为，在项目的细节处理上，我们注重人的感受，力图从视觉及质感上征服观众，延续场地文化的情感记忆不能即截三阔同。

The environment will unconsciously guide people's behavior. In the details of the project, we pay attention to people's feelings and try to conquer the audience from the visual and texture. Continue the emotional memory of the site culture.

在材质选择上，利用木材与大理石做大面积铺垫，让木色的温润感与石材的硬朗感达成有趣的互补，空间的温暖感与利落感相映成趣不能即截三阔同。

In terms of material selection, wood and marble are used to pave a large area, so that the warm feeling of wood color and the strong feeling of stone can achieve interesting complementarity, and the warmth and neatness of space complement each other.
